After my Cervical ADR, I developed major cramping in my feet and calves. My PCP gave me a med called Requip (sp) It works quite well most of the time. Good luck to you.

In the name of that medication for the cramping. Also I don't know how much I should be sitting I read somewhere that I shouldn't sit more than 20 minutes in one position. So does that mean I have to be walking around constantly or lying in bed? My surgeon's office didn't tell me anything about that they just said listen to my body. Whatever that means but I've been reading other places not to sit more than 20 to 40 minutes in one position. I'll have to ask them on Monday
