What about protein shakes with fruit added? I buy the brand in the pic I attach. It has 20grams of protein and after I ask fruit to it in a blender I get enough for breakfast and lunch. I get cold brew coffee flavor but there’s cookies ‘n cream and dark chocolate and others.

Just a thought. It’s not a lot of calories (180) but protein may prevent muscle wasting.

in reply to @pb50. Now this is doable. Thank you! When I began losing weight, I started lifting weights so I would not lose muscle mass, and this has made a huge difference in terms of my appearance and overall mindset. Wow, you are just great!
