Since you no friends do you have that favorite niece or nephew you can include in your will as an executor? No one want to go to the Nursing Home but for many it will be the final destination.

So, it would be wise to start looking into an assistant living situation until you can no longer live independently. Then have your executor find you a nice nursing home facility until God calls you hone.

Basically, plan your how you want to live life to the fullest until the end.
