I like your name! Thanks for the update. I did have my parathyroid scanned 3 times over the past 10 years. My endo felt it during examination. Never had to have it removed…phew. But, my point is that I was hypothyroid before taking Reclast infusions. He warned me years ago that I would develop osteoporosis because of the Synthroid and under active thyroid. I take 13,000 IU D3 twice a week as my D level was low when we thought I had to have my parathyroid removed. The infusions never interfered with my thyroid levels. Is there another endo you can see to get a second opinion?
