What a mystery. I have had 5 Reclast infusions and I am hypothyroid. My blood work comes back with good numbers thus never needing to change my Synthroid dosage. I was hypo before the infusions. According to my endocrinologist, the infusions should have no effect on the thyroid. Good luck in solving the mystery!
