Hi…I have read nerve aggravation can cause discoloration on the skin above it. The location looks like on back of leg…have you had any lower back pain? Sciatic nerve irritation runs from buttock down back of leg…causing pain and numbness in some cases.

Given the tingling in various spots not associated with your leg…your doctor (or a referral to a neurologist) may want to consider a Brain MRI…that seems to be standard practice.
