i don't think can have an EMG. I have a pacemaker. I went to my chiropractor for the first time in six months. He didn't touch my lower back. He only worked on my neck and manipulated my leg. That did the trick. I think when he does that it moves the muscle off the nerve. I found I can do the same--almost, by putting my foot between two spindles in the railing and twisting my body to the left. It's not as effective as my chiropractor's treatment but it works until I can see him.
