You may want to contact Concierge services for assistance, they may have recommendations for dog friendly hotels. For more information, see:

I also suggest contacting hotel directly about their policies; specifically breed, number of dogs, size, charges and if require kennels if dogs are left in room unattended. I have seen hotels advertise as "Pet Friendly" and when I go to check in their policy were different then advertised on their corporate online page.
