I think everyone subscribing to this discussion board will be happy to hear a success story. Thank you for sharing.

One thing I want to mention is that when I researched the phrase, “functional neurology,” I came up with a list of chiropractic practices in my area (Los Angeles). I then looked up the facility mentioned in this post (Carolina Functional Neurology Center) and found it too is staffed by chiropractors, and something I’ve never heard of: chiropractic neurologists. This is not to make a judgment about chiropractors or chiropractic neurologists and their methods of practice and treatments, but simply to point out that they are not medical doctors (MDs). Those of us with neurological conditions should be aware of this, as it may (or may not) be a factor in our decision to seek this type of treatment.

More fyi, Hope this helps: A chiropractic neurologist is a Doctor of Chiropractic or the equivalent that has taken 300 post-doctoral hours of coursework in functional neurology and passed the rigorous written and performance exams required for certification by the ACNB.
