I've read that the brand Real Mushrooms is very good and I take Turkey Tail supplement after listening to many - I have never heard its contra with AI's. I started taking it when I began Letrozole which was a year ago. xo

I use Real Mushrooms brand also because Ralph Moss recommends using their 5 Defenders supplement. I use that and their Turkey Tail.
