@nme1985 from those charts, it looks like the only signficiant change- and a big one- is improvement in your spine from -2.7 to -1.9 in two years. How did you accomplish that without meds? Do you have fractures that are throwing off the DEXA?

I hope you can do Tymlos daily, at lower dose if necessary, rather than a few times a week. Your endocrinologist can guide you. If you want alternative approaches, since your scores are not bad at all, you could meet with Keith McCormick (he is listed online) or read his books.

I take supplements…do Pilates and lift four pound weight everyday. I do a minute plank of my forearms every morning and the hundred Pilates exercise modified every morning. I do bioidentical hormones for 20 years…creams…progesterone…estradiol and progesterone cream. That’s my protocol.
