About to start Prolia: What's your experience?

Look up the bad side effects of Prolia. It made my nocturnal cramps much worse. NEVER will I ever take it again. I don’t care how high a risk of fractures that I am & I’m very high.

Thank you, @momcatvw . I am sorry to hear you've not had good luck with it and hope you've found something suitable to manage your bone density.

Luckily, I've not experienced much change aside from the cholesterol level spike. However, I'm not the standard age to receive treatment for bone density and have a concurrent issue which caused me to experience poor bone density at a young age. I am very very pleased (and relieved) to see my DEXA bone scan actually show an improvement over the last year instead of the nose-dive decline I was seeing on my annual scans.
