Hello @marg47, I think I would contact my rheumatologist or primary care doctor and discuss your symptoms. There can be a connection with lungs and PMR. Here's some information on the topic:

"Respiratory symptoms, including dyspnea and cough, can be easily overlooked and attributed to the patient's immobility and generalized muscle weakness. Physicians should have a high index of suspicion when a patient with PMR presents with respiratory symptoms to rule out any lung involvement."

Thank you for your reply John it's very much appreciated. I shall certainly contact my rheumatologist and inform him. One other thing I am feeling is 'the shakes'. My arms and legs!
