i find if I can somehow stretch my leg either by going to the chiropractor it helps. I finally figured out how to put my foot between two spindles on the banister and gently turning away, it helped. Then I went to my chiropractor and had him only work on my neck and gently turn my straightened leg out, it has done the trick.
