A neurologists can give some insight to why your condtion exists.
If you are otherwise healthy and limber and strong -- able to do brisk walk and many flights of steps -- depends on your age for sure -- in my case I can do 12 stories with the last 5 to 6 panting at top level in an 8 decade old frame -- the a consultation is in order. Of course general healthful habits are critical as in whole foods stress magmnt and good sleep. Wish u luck!
That might be related to sciatica. I'd get that checked out by a spine surgeon.
Good question for your neighborhood Neurologist.
Your nerves from your lower spine run pretty close to distal parts of your GU and GI systems. I know when I encounter GI gas in my colon it can and on occasion affects my leg nerves and I get shooting pain. Same may hold true with a full bladder for some. Women who’ve born children may encounter more symptoms due to effects of childbirth on their bodies.
