Wishing you luck. Unfortunately, with a lot of these chronic conditions, I think you’re right and it comes down to us to sort things out, or at least to keep pressing for answers.

One other thing that has consistently worked for me are magnesium citrate supplements. I started with 150 mg before bed, but it didn’t seem as effective so I added another capsule for 300 mg, and that usually helps.

Thanks for the tips. I’ve been taking 300 mg of Magnesium for months and it doesn’t seem to make any difference. I’m still taking it though.

I need to make sure it’s not cancer, bacteria, etc. , then pursue it as functional. I have no issue with that. I’ll tackle this one way or the other.
