@nl1964 I used to have similar experiences and what you describe is what it feels like right before I would pass out. Have you passed out? I also would be aware of sound and could understand what people were saying after I had lost my vision for a few seconds and then I was out. I’ve also had panic attacks for fear of surgery that I needed. I can also tell you that I was able to work through all of it and deprogram the fear, so this doesn’t happen anymore and I have had more surgeries. It’s good you are working with a counselor. When you get past it, you won’t live your life worrying so much. You can do this.

Thank you 😊. I read this to my husband. It's really weird all of this started after I suffered two mini strokes 11 days apart. It's really something how the brain works and can cast unbelievable fear/ doom upon one's life. My husband and I are strong believers in our faith and I/we will continue to have faith, pray and hold on. Matthew 2:17. Thank You Again For Sharing And Understanding 😊❤️.
