I was diagnosed with severe L4/L5 spinal stenosis and was experiencing severe siatica shooting pains. I discovered and started practicing the Gokhale Primal Posture Method and have been virtually pain free for several years now. My spine surgeon is fine with it and encourages me to eliminate or at least dellay the need for surgery.
