Aside from all the supplements or meds that may help, exercise is highly important. Walking daily can help with slow motility. If you don’t exercise, start small - start with 15 minutes for a few days and work your way up to 30-60 minutes. Listen to music while you walk or an podcast which helps the time go by or have a friend join you. And be sure to hydrate.

I exercise 5-6 days a week doing cardio and strength training. I do walking, stairstepper and elliptical. I’m doing all I can. It’s frustrating.

Agreed on exercise - any kind of movement can help with walking/running probably the best. It stimulates peristaltic motion to get the intestines moving.
