Yes, my mother has had success with the "natural NRA ALA helping with bladder issues at night. Amazing less leakage the very first week of using. I should note only the natural version of "NRA" ALA worked for bladder issues in addition to working for nerve problems. The synthetic version (just ALA) did not work for the bladder issue.

The brand i have used has 1/2 "natural" and 1/2 synthetic. I knew the natural was better but could not find a totally natural brand at the time i searched.

I am so excited your mom has had such success with bladder leakage also. I will look for this brand. I hope it is not too expensive. I also have bladder leakage problems too.
I do hope that others will try this supplement for their nerve pains too.
