Any recommendations for a fast & durable Nebulizer Compressor?

For those who have a Omba nebulizer, how loud is it? I’ve been using a DeVilbiss PulmoNeb LT bought locally. Just seems like it gets louder. Unfortunately just now I made a sudden turn while nebulizing and using my vest and pulled it off the table. I knocked something loose inside. I can use my Pari Trek S that I have for travel in the meantime, but I don’t care to use it as my full time nebulizer. So those of you who have good nebulizers and don’t seem horribly loud, what do you use? Thanks!

Ombra is a workhorse. As for loud, all I can compare to is the one I had before (provided by insurance) which was much louder than the Ombra. But I would not say the Ombra is quiet. A compressor is going to make noise because of the "work" it has to do. The Ombra is tough and reliable.
