At what age do you stop driving?

This thing about age....your birthday number is just a general guideline. Obviously a 100-year-old person does not have the body of a 20-year-old!
But physical and mental abilities have many other factors that make a much bigger difference than number of years arrived at.
Genetics, how well you took care of yourself, diseases, will power, brain capacity and if you stimulate your brain. One of my Mayo doctors put in his notes that I was "incredibly vigorous" and I am 82.
Interesting the study that reported that people who are bilingual before the age of 30 have a five-year delay in the onset of dementia.
And I could point to much younger people who shouldn't be driving because they are irresponsible!!!!
I tell all my doctors that when one turns 80, it doesn't mean that one falls off a cliff.

You are correct!! I think I let this disease and fears of getting sick dictate my life. I need to just bite the bullet and start doing the things I use to do like Drive.
