What happens after Tymlos?

My docs don't use Prolia after Tymlos because stopping it, even with a transition to Reclast, is risky. They use Reclast after Tymlos. However I convinced my doc to let me do Evenity and then Reclast.

Hi Windy

My Endo and I are at odds over following evenity with reclast. He wants prolia. When I questioned him about this he said that because I had been on alendronate for 5 years he did not want me on another bisphosphonate. Hmmm!

I asked my Dr. if I could go on Evenity and then Reclast after two years of Tymlos and she said she has not had a patient transition to Evenity after Tymlos. I can’t seem to find any info regarding this line of Therapies. Tymlos had only minimally improved my bones. Who is your Dr.? Have they seen an improvement in patients on Evenity after little success on Tymlos?
Thank you

@windyshores, I am curious about your experience in following Tymlos with Evenity. Did it improve your T-scores? And how is the Reclast going?
After 18 months on Tymlos, my T-scores of lumbar spine went from (-2.7) to (-1.5), but my hips have not improved at all and are still at (-1.5). My thought is to try to build as much bone as possible by transitioning to Evenity before locking in with Reclast. Thanks for sharing your experience, as you are further down this path than I am. Hope things are going well for you.
