I hope that Evenity works well for you. Are you referring to the ARCH or FRAME study? Amgen has warned of the risk of MACEs from the use of Evenity, especially in a subgroup of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease and a history of fairly recent heart attacks, strokes, or other cardiovascular events and possibly older people. The results of the two trials are not entirely consistent. It is possible the warning, required by the FDA, will be removed over time, just as concerns about bone cancer from the anabolic drugs has waned as more data has accumulated. However, many experts do have reservations at this time, even while acknowledging that Evenity is likely to be the most effective option for many people, in part because it has anti reabsorption properties as well as the as the ability to promote the growth of new bone. I did not mean to imply that it is a bad choice for everyone or for you.

I've seen questions on YouTube about the safety of Evenity if a person has high blood pressure controlled by meds. It doesn't seem to be contraindicated, but any thoughts on that?
