An idea, balance you potassium, sodium and magnesium (electrolytes) If you have a redundant colon maybe even take the combo once in the night too. A quart of warm water first thing in the morning and even a cup of coffee might help if you want to go sans meds? Good luck

This is me again, I heartily recommend lifestyle changes with organic good whole food and breathing clean non tobacco air. Our bodies are working with lots of stressors and environmental things. Have you tried a quart of warm water in the morning and a cup of coffee? I don't care for the laxatives because they all say don't take beyond a week and may unbalance our bodies too. Good luck

My blood tests repeatedly show that I have slightly low sodium. Not sure why. Doctors never comment on it. Potassium is normal.

My newest success is Linzess 290 in AM with Miralax. Wait 30 min for Linzess to work. Eat them Miralax again. Do miralax after each meal.

What type of magnesium?
