I had some Stage 4 treatments for TNBC since the cancer was Stage 3B. I was able to take an immunotherapy - Keytruda - for a year, approved for Stage 4, and I did a year of Xeloda, another oral chemo. There may be some clinical trials you could get on, too, maybe.

Is radiation for the spot a possibility? My oncologist says that even though I maxed out radiation, if they found a spot outside the breast/chest wall/lymph node area they could possibly do a concentrated radiation on just the spot. We were talking hypothetical liver, not spine, so may not be helpful. Much love, thinking of you.
