I don't know if osteoporosis med can cause neuropathy but I do know it has some very nasty side effects including bone pain, brittle bones, and sudden femur breaks. I refused these med. I am small framed and bone density often looks bad on small framed persons and I am 71 very active and never broke a bone

Thank you very much for your input. I’m trying to put off taking the osteoporosis meds for as long as possible, hoping to find non-prescription alternatives.
