That's intersting.
Check what frax method your dexa report states. I used a different system, university of sheffield frax assessment calculator, results are similar to what was on my dexa report, which used WHO fracture risk assessment tool.

Mystery solved. When asked about previous fractures, I mentioned that I had broken a bone in my finger playing touch football in my 20's and had broken an ankle when I slipped on ice and fell. (That produced a clean break.) That was maybe 30 years ago. Changing "No" to "Yes" produced the results in the DEXA report.
