I was told when I only weighted 115 lbs in my 20's that I had NAFLD. Every time I have some kind of scan they tell I have it of course I am overweight so now they contribute to that. I also have celiac disease and the celiac rash(DH rash) which NAFLD is a disease that goes with that disease. My blood tests are sometimes normal and sometimes elevated. Who knows?
