I use a brand named Biooptizers Magnesium Breakthrough. It’s a premium magnesium complex. It a variety of magnesium types. I just take one capsule. Bought from Amazon.
Also use Amazon’s ClearLax laxative., stool softeners, and suppositories depending how I feel.
