I use and like it. It’s not hard so far (I’m on the 7th lesson), but I like the emphasis on form.

Great! Thank you. Is it 30 minutes a day. And if you don't mind how many times a week do they want you to do it?

I just realized that there is a way for you to modify each individual exercise before each session to easier or harder. Some of the modifications use weights. I really love this program.. I’ve gained strength and balance!
