Hi xiaolung, I just learned from my naturopathic doctor that there is a lot of evidence pointing to h pylori infection as a possible cause or contributing factor in the development of autoimmune disorders. I was diagnosed with gastritis and h pylori during an endoscopy, while trying to determine the cause of my dysphagia. I'd thought it was just a separate thing, but now my ND thinks it's the cause of my MCTD (just recently diagnosed). I'm also trying to avoid the gnarly antibiotic therapy. Manuka honey and mastic gum alone didn't do it, but my new ND started me on Biocidin (to break up the h pylori biofilm) and manula tea. She said the antibiotics will be a last resort approach. I don't know if eradicating the h pylori will improve my autoimmune symptoms, but I'm hopeful.

Can you share the recommended biocidin dosage and time period. How long have you been taking it and is it recommended to take it on empty stomach and away from other supplements? Also, how does Manula help and when do you take it?
