Yes. Helpful of course. I guess I need to work on terms and definitions. I am very new to all this. I showed up for my first radiation appointment and learned that was not happening, but I was getting a double hormone injection. That was around Feb 2nd. PET scan show the prostate cancer had spread too much for radiation. My original Doctor, an Urologist, had decided Enzalutamide would be best for me. I have a thirty day supply and will start next week. Dread. Donmc

When pSA went up to 9.1 started Enz last year It worked for a year with PSA to 1.1 Then rose to 9.8 Enz stopped and I qualified for Radium 223 as mets only in bone spine
They got me on Radium 223 as my mets is just in the bones Second injection 27th Feel great No hair loss or other affects like chemo
Had to go through a year of Xtandi first to qualify as its $9k and injection

If it fails then chemo PSA did go up to 14 in last 6 months after Xtandi stopped working

On Zolodex and Xgeva needles every 3 months
