Thank you so much, @scoop! I so appreciate your advice and thought I responded to you last night (but can’t find the reply now). I have ordered 3 more Aeroeclipse nebulizer cups and another Aerobika. I like the idea of using a system that combines nebulizing and using the Aerobika. I appreciate your links and suggestions use disposable nebulizer cups for travel. I have an upcoming trip to Africa and will need to get a battery operated compressor and disposable cups for it.

Jean, after several missteps, I have resorted to sterilizing my Aero Chamber in 70% isopropyl alcohol weekly. This will work for the Aerobika as well, and with the disposable cups you will be covered. I personally would wash (in Dawn and bottled water) and reuse the disposable cups for 3-4 days each.
That should cover you for the trip. My life is "on the road again" - we travel regularly between 2 residences, camping and hoteling in between, so I always look for "easy but safe." Last year I was only wheels down in my "permanent" residence for about 120 days.
