Been diagnosed for a few years now... I can feel a flare coming on... I know what to eat, how to care for myself and breathe through pain

Hi, I have been dealing with microscopic colitis for over 12 years. Gone to Specialists and done all the steroids, binders etc. Steroids costly so I looked for something that might work. I started Hemp Seed Oil Capsules. I have been using for over a year and so happy! I take 2 in the morning, have my coffee first and usually go to the washroom once for the day. I eat whatever I want, no fats excessively. It may not be right for everyone but worth the try!!
They cost about 40 dollars a month.

Do you still take medication? I really hope one day after I am in remission I don’t have to worry about medication and just eating right & taking supplements!
