I have osteopenia. Have declined hormone blocker for ILC breast cancer because 92% chance cancer will not come back after my lumpectomy per testing. I am Thin so at risk for osteoporosis. Do elyptical for 40 minutes a day and lift 5 pound weights for arms. Should I be doing anything else as far as exercising?

I do yoga, and I lift weights. I also do some cardio. I hear lately that weights are the best thing to do because when you build muscles, the muscles build your bones. Maybe you could add some squats and lunges for your hips and legs. Good luck!
