Thank you for answering. I haven’t found a doctor yet who will discuss Sjogrens. My Rheumatologist just refers to my RA. I want to see someone who will discuss my Sjogrens. We live 60 miles from Seattle, but don’t want to go there if I can find someone closer.

@burlingtongirl You might try contacting the Genetic and Rare Diseases organization. They may be able to help you find a doctor. You may need to go to Seattle once or twice and then rely on virtual meetings.

Also, see this newsletter for Sjogren's. . https://www.sjogrensadvocate.com/
Will you let me know if you have any success?

Try checking for a doctor who specializes in Sjogren's, whether it's an ENT, Arthritis Dr., or even an Oral Surgeon (the latter are in the Dental Departments.)

You can also check the internet for symptoms of Burning Tongue (Mayo Clinic has pictures of what that tongue looks like, along with other tongue pictures for other conditions.

My eye doctor also know about this condition. Don't give up until you find out what you need to know to deal with inherited condition!
