Hello,
I had a RALP Procedure done in October of 2023. I am 69 years old had normal erections with an invigorating sex life prior to my surgery. Although some men say they had absolutely no incontinence or ED issues following their surgery. They are a clear minority based on all of the evidence and facts I’ve researched in addition to my own personal experience. My erections have been measurably compromised. However, over time I’ve been able to obtain about a 70% effective erection which is better than it was but not quite good enough for effective and satisfying sexual intercourse. The pills have not been effective for me. The vacuum device works but the ring which is required to maintain one’s erection is too uncomfortable for me. I tried the TRIMIX INJECTIONS and have been extremely happy with the results. I give myself an injection and within about 5-7 minutes I acquire a very reliable and sustainable erection. In short, it works great for me. I don’t have any concerns or anxiety about whether or not I will attain an erection suitable enough for satisfying sexual intercourse with my wife. She definitely prefers a stronger, harder and reliable erection!
My advice is to try it and see how effective it can be for you. That’s really the only way to
find out. The injections are only the slightest bit uncomfortable and the minor discomfort I experience only lasts for a few minutes. Frankly, the results are so good for me that I don’t even think about the injections. It does take some experience to make a correct injection but this is accomplished in a very short period of time. There are some great videos on the internet that takes you step by step through the process. I just love the confidence they give me knowing that my erection will be there when I need it and it can last for up to an hour or more but generally lasts shorter than that. You also need to find the most effective dosage for your personal needs, (how much to inject)!
Occasionally I have missed the mark and caused a little bit of bruising but it’s so infrequent that it’s not any kind of real issue to deal with. Obviously, you need to be mindful regarding the sanitary requirements using alcohol to clean your penis and the vial you extract the TRIMIX from. It’s best to keep the TRIMIX frozen to maintain its potency..
I actually fill about 5 syringes, place them back in the freezer and pull one out about 10 minutes before I want to inject. The TRIMIX thaws out within several minutes while holding the syringe in your hands. The needle on the syringe is very small and similar to the size of needle used by diabetics to inject their insulin. The above tips are a few things I’ve learned along the way to make the entire process more simple and effective.
As you can see, I can’t recommend it highly enough if you aren’t having as much success as you would like utilizing the other methods available to assist with your erections etc.
Best wishes and good luck. If you end up trying it, I would like to hear about your experience and results.
Phil

I did have one experience of freezing the vial and then after thawing something precipitated out--turned to crystals. I was still able to use the remainder of the vial (increasing the dosage to compensate,) but the pharmacist told me this can happen, depending on some (uncontrollable by me) factors in how it was mixed, and that I should not freeze it. I have gone with her advice since then.
