be careful to replace any nutrients lost from cutting out these foods. I take good probiotics, B12, C and D3 and a multivitamin. I quit a lot of those foods PLUS more and got Anemia. I cut out coffee, sodas, all meats, ALL processed box and can and frozen foods. Ieat a lot of fish, chicken, turkey and greens. SUGAR is enemy #1. Also fruits are good.

What do you recommend for those of us with insatiable sweet tooth? I find that adding a little bit of honey to plain Cream of Wheat is nice, but what else might there be? I've had the same diet virtually since birth & I'm a fish out of water when it comes to "healthy alternatives" haha
