Those exercises sound helpful. They were designed/prescribed by your PT or are similar available with descriptions online, perhaps?

I try to go for a few visits to PT every year and a half or so to see if my home program needs to be updated and to have the PT watch me walk and help me with any bad habits I’ve fallen into, before they become ingrained. It’s really worth it. Last time I was in, he pointed out that I was tending to tilt to my stronger leg, which was causing my spine to twist. He also gave me the foot exercises. Maybe if you Googled “foot stretching” there might be something, maybe on the Mayo site under “preventing fasciitis”.
I think a regular PT “tune-up” really helps prevent other problems.
