You must clear out what is stuck at some point?
Have you tried a soft diet, like pureed soups and soupy hot cereals to see what happens? It would be interesting to know if that either got stuck or didn't, once you get clear again.
I suppose you have had an endoscopy?
Oh wow. Hmm I just did some research and turns out gallbladder problems can cause belching. And I heard of someone once who couldn't swallow and what she did for it was she had some kind of a thing done I think they call balloon dilation, where they blew up a little balloon inside the throat to open it back up because it was shrunk down really small. Maybe that would help. Have you tried that? I'll pray for you. Bing Chat came up with multiple reasons that might cause food and water not to go down: GERD or achalasia (in GERD the LES muscle in the esophagus is too loose and in achalasia it doesn't open which sounds scary but there are things they can do to help), strictures or narrowing in the throat, hiatal hernia, or weak peristalsis. Don't know what you've already investigated but hopefully this gives you more stuff to look into; remember there is some reason why you're having this and the doctors just haven't found it yet. You're one answer away from beating this. I'll pray for you.
