Thanks. Prayers going up for you, too. Slow motility is hard. No, I haven't had an XR defecogram. Maybe eventually I will, I just hesitate to resort to the more grueling tests like that. But I did have an ARM test a couple years ago and results were mostly normal. The problem seems to be that the stool never makes it to my rectum in the first place. I have to warn you, probiotics can actually make SIBO worse. They promote the growth of good bacteria, but in SIBO, you actually have too much good bacteria. Weird, I know. I seem to have gotten this problem mainly from eating way too many blueberries. Oh, by the way, I heard that if you have acne, that can be another sign that you might have SIBO. My skin used to be really clear but for the past few years it's been a mess, and I'm wondering if that's why. And yeah, I have wondered if I have a prolapse; I should get that checked out.

Hey thanks for letting me know about the blueberries I love blueberries and I love my berries a lot of my raspberries blueberries blackberries strawberries I should probably not be eating them because I had I have gastroparesisb 😬😩but I love ❤️them I love them a lot so hey that might help me clear up yes I took an order they gave me one dress and Mondays basically I want like and one day 30 times a day couldn't stop going yeah the medicines for me just make me go go go so it overreacts my system I don't go for weeks at a time. So best to luck 🤞 and 🙏🙏🙏.in prayers. Hope you get some answers. Maybe you answer give me some and I think you gave me some answers to thank you. 😁

Oh my….perhaps I should stop my probiotics until tested. Isn’t the main symptom of SIBO diarrhea?
