Have you tried the compression socks with side zippers? I have lymphedema in my legs and also have neuropathy. Although I don't have pain with the neuropathy I struggled to put on my compressions socks until I found some with zippers. It made a world of difference for me. -- https://www.amazon.com/s?k=zippered+compression+socks&crid=3VO2N4GMUPNZ9

Hi John. Thanks for your help! It sounds great. I have a problem sliding socks on my feet due to painful sensitivity. So a partial zipper compression sock would still agonizingly go on. Cannot get the sock over the toe without a problem. The socks I wear are stretch socks. Cotton socks feel like sandpaper against the skin and are too tight. I also cut the top elastic band to keep it from cutting off circulation and prevent swelling. Since I found socks that really stretch creating a wide mouth to go over feet that helps but does not address what I need the compression socks for. If they woud help the neuropathy I might see if I could get a seamstress to alter my compression sock and add a sipper that goes the length of the sock. It’s a hopeful thought. I’d need to add pad so the sipper does not scratch the skin, I have diabetes and have to protect skin from breaking. Thank you John.
