I have compression socks but due to the skin sensitivity I cannot wear them (hurts to put them on). It was suggested to me by my podiatrist to use ace bandages to help swelling (have neuropathy and swelling) which she thinks could be venous insufficiency but the swelling changes. My guy thinks I might cut off circulation if I use ace bandages. It depends on the person. Hope you feel better.

Have you tried the compression socks with side zippers? I have lymphedema in my legs and also have neuropathy. Although I don't have pain with the neuropathy I struggled to put on my compressions socks until I found some with zippers. It made a world of difference for me. -- https://www.amazon.com/s?k=zippered+compression+socks&crid=3VO2N4GMUPNZ9
