For the past 10 years, I have had severe constipation problems. I tried many medicines, and I have gone through 3 times endoscopy but discovered nothing. From 2015 till now my constipation problem couldn't be solved. To make it worse now I'm having multiple internal haemorrhoids due to this constipation. I don't know why I'm having this constipation problem. Many people suggested many things like changing diets, taking a lot of fibre intake, reducing stress, quit smoking. I burp a lot and do have acid reflux as well but now it is getting better. What is the best solution for my constipation?

Have anyone who suffers from constipation has heard about Magnesium Oxide? I understand it comes in capsules. I take Myralax but I heard it is not good for your kidneys if you take it frequently so I am stopping it. Any information about it will be appreciated. Thank you

Is the supplement, EMMA, that allegedly helps with constipation, safe?

It sounds very frustrating and painful. I share much of what you describe. I’ve taken extreme measures to combat the constipation, which does get me going everyday, but it’s not normal, if you know what I mean. I’ve tried it all, including fiber, water, Miralax, exercise, etc, I’m starting Linzess soon. First diagnostic colonoscopy in April.
Don’t have acid issue. I don’t know if I will find an answer. For now, I want to rule out cancer and move forward. Hopefully, treating my anxiety will help some. I hope you get more responses.

Has
doctor has your doctor ordered a six markers test where you take a tablet and it shows markers on you and how long it takes you to poop out the tablet you swallow one and then four or five days later you go back and you take an x-ray and you'll show how many markers you have in your stomach call a sitx markers test . I have something called slow tracking where my nerves are very slow so my system moves very slow you might have something where your system just moves very slow. You can look it up or it's called slow moving tracking.😬🤣 Something where your nerves just move really slow sorry it's a pain.

My doctor ordered a a test called a sits markers it's a pill thing in it 20 markers in it I had 19 markers after 6 days in it and then you take an X-rays and that X-ray and that's how they found out I had 19 markers in it in my colon 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩😬 my .my doctor said I had slow moving colon.I had slow moving colon traction for my nerves and my colon just knew

Move very very slow 😬🤣😱 for asking your doctor about
your doctor for it's easier you just swallow it and then wait to get another x-ray that's all you do

Have you tried getting tested for SIBO? I hear it's pretty common and can affect motility, and it takes both diet and medicine to cure it. I've got it and am trying to figure out how to treat it; we'll see what happens when I get it under control.

Hi 💩🤢👋geekgir19 hi thanks for telling me about the no 1s I b o test no my doctor is never mentioned that test next time I talk to my GI doctor or even my primary I'll mentioned that test I looked it up and that's a good idea thank you for telling me about it 👍😀.Have you a XRDEFECOGRAM test .I have motlitydisorder in my the throat and I have a pendulums stomach lower Left side 🤨. I guess that's how God made me 😬😀😇. I heard probiotics might work for that n o i s i b o you could try probiotics many years ago a doctor told me to get a probiotic and it was in the refrigerator department and at the time I needed to get a prescription and get them from the pharmacy and they weren't prescribed the pharmacy had them at the time and it was a prescription with my doctor ordered for me but the insurance didn't cover it. Feels like over the counter but it was at the pharmacy but insurance didn't cover it. You might ask if you could get a probiotic that needs to be uncovered I was 20 at the time I'm 35 now so it might be different. 🤨🧐 Prayers and best of luck I know they still look to both of us God bless you 😇😇🙏🙏🙏

Sorry I ran out a room you might have a prolapse that might be blocked me from using the bathroom have you ever got your prolapse checked out that's causing you not to go to the bathroom. Here is a test I can do to check out your prolapse. 😱🙏🙏

I’ve been examined by colorectal surgeon, who says I’m normal, except for internal hemorrhoids that don’t need treatment. How do you check for prolapse?

There’s no way I could stop Miralax even for one day. I would pay dearly for it.

No you do not need to stop your miralax 👍to get your prolapsed stop eating the night before and called he's on early in the morning to do this test where you drink . You drink a white thing it looks tastes like bingo like 16 or 20 oz of the I need to drink it with in 15 minutes yum . They do an x-ray before you drink it and then they do one and they do a couple of x-rays then they said you on a big commode and then they put a syringe. in your rear end and fill it up and it feels like with this stuff. you are covered up with a gallon and they give you a blanket to sit and then you sit on a like a commode and then they watch you go to the bathroom as you go to the bathroom they click the machine and watch you go poop it mimics poop as they take X-rays have fun. no it was the most embarrassing thing for me it was embarrassing to watch them watch me go to the toilet. oh well it was no big deal for them they said they did it every day did for a day 5 days a week. and it checks if your poop's getting sick in the rear end or if there's a prolapse and what's going on or if the muscles are squeezing are not in the in the rectum or what's going on. 🥵 Hey at least it's painless and you don't need to go to sleep for it and you can walk out after you get done 😀. If you do it then left and yeah I told you what there is so hopefully there's no surprises.
