Colleen, Thanks for your help! This morning I started my cleanup, as my daily email was getting long and a bit muddied up with things that I wondered why I was seeing and having to sort through each day. On rushed days I had to scan through about 50 posts subjects to select what to prioritize to read on days i might only have a few minutes. I found that I was inadvertently “Following “ a couple of groups that were’t very relevant to me, hence my long daily Connect email. I love knowing that I can search for and use any topics as needed within any Connect group, but your advice helped clean up my daily email to what I’d like to prioritize in my view. Thanks so much for the tips!

Hi Debbie,
I'm glad that you were able to adjust your notification preferences to reduce the overwhelm. I'm sure you've already done this, but for the sake of others too, here are some things people can do:

Unfollow support groups you are no longer interested in
1. go to the Support group directory
2. Click "Following" to unfollow

If you're interested in following a specific group, but no longer want messages on a specific discussion, you can mute that discussion only.
1. Go to the discussion you wish to no longer participate in or get notifications about.
2. Click the bell icon in the bottom right of the first message.
3. Select "Mute this discussion"
4. Save setting.
