Thank you so much for letting us know about Caption Call. I installed it and it works very well. I have used others that don't work in my apartment building with a call box out front. This one I tested right away and by golly it works fine! I can't hear on the cell phone with a CI and a Phonak hearing aid. I generally text everyone any more. I love technology and learning new things!
