Noone can say what the risks are, but the Oncotype covers the first 5 years, then Breast Cancer Index tells risk after that. I had both done at those different times, and also had the Prosigna Assay (formerly PAM 50) done at the 5 year point. Online programs like cancer math are more generalized so I go by the risks in testing on my own tissue.

I learned about these tests on breastcancer.org. Breast Cancer Index is now in the NCCN guidelines, not sure about the Prosigna. At the time my MD's did not know about them. I printed the paperwork and brought to MD's who were interested in them. This was 5 years ago so MD's may be more aware.

I realize that no one can tell what the exact chances are. I had the Oncotype and that was ok, but I also have the mutation. My question should have been asking how many people have gotten BC again after radiation, taking an aromatose inhibitor and having a bilateral mastectomy.
