Replies to "Red light therapy for nerve regeneration or pain? I can’t find any research with a good..."
I was thinking for nerve regeneration, but that may not be the case. I have numbness and tingling in my feet. Very occasionally, I have a bit of burning. But I don't have a lot of real pain that some people describe.

A few years ago I was looking into a near-infrared light therapy sauna but never followed through and purchased one.
