I have 2 meals a day. I now include fish (salmon etc), allow myself 1 serving of dairy a day, and occasionally grass fed chicken to my meals plans.

Truvani make a great plant based protein powder that I make smoothies with for breakfast, loaded up with calcium rich greens. Kefir has 390mg calcium & 10grs of protein. I find it so refreshing for breakfast. I do pay a bit more attn than before trying to get more protein in my diet. 🥰 Mainly I use seitan, tofu, tempeh which are all great sources of protein for a vegetarian. I think we overwhelm ourselves worrying too much, trying so hard to get it right. Just try to do the best you can and be mindful of meal planning.

Thank you so much. What an informative post. I have eaten seitan, tofu and tempeh, but have never prepared them. I'll look for some good recipes.
